Experts have all the answers. Humans are separate from nature, and they are mostly selfish. More stuff is always better to have, but eventually someday I’ll have enough. We all totally care about the future. Truth matters, but everyone has their own truth.
Renewable energy can power this civilization. We can achieve net zero. Energy is a commodity that should be bought and sold. Resources will eventually dwindle here, but we’ll successfully colonize outer space.
The American Dream is based on hard work and cleverness. America is going to be the next Saudi Arabia, in terms of oil. Fortunately, if we have more money we can always get more natural resources.
GDP is a good societal goal that correlates with health, wellness, and environmental integrity. Growth is forever. The environment is part of the economy. Technology solves environmental problems. Overpopulation is the main driver of climate change, which is the most important environmental problem, and also fossil fuel companies are to blame for climate change but not overpopulation.
Billionaires and politicians are in charge, and the market will alert them to the right way to proceed. Capitalism is to blame for most things, and if the system crashes we’ll get a fresh start.
Humans are bad, and we are doomed. The arc of history is long, but it bends toward justice.
The World Cup is great and I will watch it and enjoy it. Kickoff is November 20st!
